Hey guys. The planning for the 20th
reunion is well under way. There is so much
information going out that I am trying to find the
best way to get it to you.
I get a new email everyday it seems, with new info to pass along.
Right now I have decided to paste the latest email to this page.
I will update it as I get updates. If you have any questions you
can click the link above to email Joy. She is the "Center" of the
info chain, so she can probably answer your questions the best.

This is the latest email update that I received on Monday June 9th
.
Hello everybody!
The final plans are set and we have some numbers
for you! We've arranged a great weekend visit
for us all!
The following information will give you a
breakdown of what will be served and where for
each event, and a cost per person for that
event. Then attached you'll find a
PDF file of the information we need, and your
payment for the events you intend to participate
in. Please, print out this form and return it to
Bobbi Johnson Brooks with your payment as
instructed at the bottom of the form, or email
her all the necessary information along with your
PayPal payment as instructed at the bottom of the
form.
Please, be sure your name and attendance plans
are paired with your payment so we don't have
forms (email or hard copy) without payments
matching them, or payments without forms (email
or hard copy), etc.
The deadline for your payments is July 28, 2008.
After that date we'll be contacting the caterers
and making payment for the services we will
render. There will be no refunds for any
cancellations after that date as well.
Your cooperation would be appreciated...since
Bobbi's email box and home mail box will be
filling up quickly with all your responses.
We're trying not to make this a logistical
nightmare for her!

shared with everyone via email once the reunion
is over, so we can all keep in touch with each
other, and plan the next reunion with much
greater ease. :)

this stressful time in our lives...putting this
together on such short notice was no small feat,
and we still have details to work out, so stay

questions we need to ask in order to finalize all
our plans for this reunion weekend.
